Performance of two works at the Lunigiana International Music Festival in Fivizzano, Tuscany, Italy, from July 18-28. These performances will take place while teaching composition, giving seminars, and directing the Contemporary Music Ensemble and Contemporary Music Program with Victoria Paterson. Up to eight composers from around the world who have new or recent works performed by the Contemporary Music Ensemble will be selected to take part in this program.

World premiere of two new commissions for the Chamber Choir of Europe conducted by Nicol Matt during the 2011 European Festival of Church Music in Schwäbisch Gemünd, South Germany, on this program entitled "Dreams and Visions." The first piece is entitled Life is But a Dream, a multi-lingual fantasy based on Row, Row, Row Your Boat, the second is entitled A Dream Within A Dream with text by Edgar Allen Poe. This concert will be recorded and broadcast by the SWR-Radio station.
